    Jason is a respected trade leader in the Boston-area steel and miscellaneous metals market, frequently requested to run installation projects by top general contractors such as Turner, Consigli, and Skanska. As a General Foreman, Jason earned a reputation as a problem solver, leading his crews safely and efficiently through complex projects.

    As the founding President of TC-Iron, Jason is expanding the reach of his reputation by running a company based on the principles that have guided his success on the jobsite. His leadership, expertise, and dedication to quality are at the core of the company’s values.

    Eric Furletti

    PROJECT EXECUTIVE

    Eric is a seasoned sales executive, construction manager, engineer, and estimator in the steel fabrication and erection industry. He specializes in guiding large-scale and complex projects from sale and preconstruction through to final completion, all while maintaining rigorous schedules and quality standards.

    With a passion for early collaboration between design and construction teams, Eric ensures that steel and miscellaneous metals projects are built safely and efficiently. His extensive experience spans the entire steel supply chain across diverse markets in North America. A formerly licensed professional engineer and a current certified welding inspector, Eric brings a wealth of technical expertise to every project.

    Melissa Campbell

    OFFICE HEAD

    With over 20 years of experience in the administrative field, Melissa has spent more than a decade successfully managing offices. Now at TC-Iron, she is dedicated to helping propel the company to the next level. Melissa brings extensive knowledge, exceptional organizational skills, and a drive that embodies the TC way.

    Throughout her career, she has worked in the union sector across various trades, showcasing her adaptability and expertise. Starting in Accounts Receivable, Melissa advanced to become Head of HR at her previous company. At TC-Iron, she is the go-to person we all rely on daily.

    Matt Morin

    FIELD LEADERSHIP

    With over 14 years of experience in steel erection, bridge installation, and welding, Matt is a third-generation ironworker, proudly continuing a family legacy that includes his father, grandfather, and two uncles, all ironworkers from the Boston hall.

    Matt specializes in the art of welding and is certified in all aspects of the trade. His precision and expertise make him the go-to professional for any welding needs. Whether it’s a complex challenge or routine work, Matt gets the job done with exceptional skill.

    With over 14 years of experience in steel erection and miscellaneous metals, Matt is a seasoned professional and a second-generation ironworker from the Local 7 union, where he completed his apprenticeship.

    Matt has worked on numerous high-profile projects, earning a reputation as a true problem solver in the field. His expertise and adaptability make him an invaluable asset to any team.

    FIELD LEADERSHIP

    Jimmy is a second-generation ironworker with extensive experience in the trade. A versatile professional, he is highly skilled in crane setup, iron erection, and precision layout for complex staircases.

    In addition to his technical expertise, Jimmy holds a Bachelor of Science in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics. He also served in the U.S. Army as an Airborne Ranger for four years, where he honed his leadership and managerial skills—qualities that continue to set him apart.
