This high-profile project included two distinct feature stair installations. The first was a two-story helical spiral stair, requiring offsite fabrication and onsite assembly within a poured-in-place concrete building that lacked structural steel. The second was a stair system comprising three custom stair runs with stainless steel mesh panel railings. The unique constraints of the poured concrete environment demanded creative engineering and fabrication solutions.
